The Spitfire Grill is a heartfelt musical about second chances, forgiveness, and the healing power of community. Recently released from prison, Percy Talbott travels to the small town of Gilead, Wisconsin, seeking a fresh start after seeing it pictured in an old travel book. She finds work at the struggling Spitfire Grill, owned by the gruff but kind-hearted Hannah Ferguson. As Percy forms unexpected friendships and helps create an essay contest to give away the diner, the entire town begins to rediscover hope. Through shared stories, long-buried secrets, and acts of compassion, The Spitfire Grill becomes a moving celebration of redemption, family, and finding home in unexpected places.
